Coach. Athlete. Guide.
I coach people who want more from their body — whether that means feeling strong in everyday life, running their first race, or competing in HYROX and endurance events.
Different goals.
Same foundation.
I don’t believe in shortcuts, but I do believe in progress.
And I believe training should support your life — not take it over.
Laura
Strength, running, and HYROX-focused coaching — built on experience, structure, and accountability.
My message is simple:
Anyone can be where I am today, with just the right help… let’s stop chasing aesthetics and start chasing our dreams.
// We can do this together — one honest step at a time.

COACH LAURA
During COVID, I felt stuck — mentally and physically. Running got me out of the house and back into my body. It gave me structure, routine, and something positive to focus on.
That was the first time I understood how powerful movement can be — even without a finish line.
I DID NOT START WITH A GOAL IN MIND

From Running to Strength
As running became part of my life, I wanted more structure.
I wanted to get stronger, feel more capable, and understand my body better.
That curiosity led me into strength training — and eventually bodybuilding.
Bodybuilding taught me discipline at a deeper level. Precision. Consistency. Respect for the process. When you work toward a clear physical goal, there’s no guessing — results demand dedication.

⎮Wanting more than just movement

When My Body Forced a Pause
After years of pushing hard, my body pushed back.
I was diagnosed with arthritis and put on medication that caused weight gain. I know what burnout feels like. I know how it feels when your body works against you — and when progress feels out of your control.
That period forced me to slow down and rethink what “strong” actually means.

⎮Your body will always collect the bill.

Instead of quitting, I rebuilt.
I learned how to train smarter, listen earlier, and support my body instead of fighting it. Step by step, I found my way back to strength — without breaking myself again.

⎮Turning the tide
FINDING HYROX
— Strength, running, performance, and joy.
It reminded me that life isn’t linear.
Goals change. Phases change.
What matters is staying consistent in how you take care of your health — whether you’re preparing for a competition, a race, or simply trying to stay strong and capable in everyday life.
⎮Different goals. Same responsibility.

WHY THIS MAKES ME BETTER
I’ve trained Without a Goal.
I’ve trained with Extreme Goals.
I’ve been forced to Stop — and I’ve Rebuilt.
That’s why I meet people where they are.
Whether you’re an athlete chasing performance or someone who just wants to feel healthy and strong, I guide you with structure, honesty, and respect for the long game.
I’ll support you.
But the ownership is yours.
⎮That’s where real strength is built.
